Jo is a qualified Teacher (B.Ed Hons) and has over twenty years experience working with children and young people in comprehensive schools, high security secure units and residential children’s homes. Prior to joining DMR Services, Jo was an Ofsted registered service manager for over nine years and was presented outstanding achievers award by Ofsted for four consecutive years. Jo has extensive safeguarding experience and is also our designated Safeguarding Children’s Officer.
